Who we are

The club is operated by Caresoft Foundation (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, work email, job title, organisation, country, optional phone and LinkedIn URL), content you post, event registrations, messages you send to other members, and technical logs (IP address, browser, sign-in times) kept for security.

Why we use it

To verify that members are healthcare technology leaders, to run the community, to send service messages you need (verification, approvals, event reminders) and, if you opt in, a weekly digest and WhatsApp reminders.

What we never do

We do not sell member data. We do not share member names, emails or profiles with sponsors or advertisers. Advertisers receive aggregated statistics only. Patient data must never be posted; we remove it when found.

Where it is stored

On cloud servers operated for us under data-processing agreements. Where the law of your country requires data to stay in a region, we will tell you where it is held.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, under GDPR, the UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, UAE and Saudi data protection laws and similar laws. Write to us from the email linked to your account.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a language cookie and a time-zone cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep your account while it is active. If you delete your account we remove your profile within 30 days; content you made public may remain as anonymised text unless you ask us to remove it.
