About the club
The club exists so that people responsible for healthcare technology can learn from each other honestly, across borders, without being sold to.
Who runs it
The club is operated by Caresoft Foundation, a not-for-profit initiative. Day-to-day decisions about members, content and events are made by chapter admins in each country, who are themselves healthcare technology leaders.
How it is governed
An advisory council of senior healthcare CIOs sets membership rules, the code of conduct and the policy for sponsors. Every admin action is recorded in an audit log.
Our principles
- Peers first: members, not sponsors, decide what is valuable.
- Confidential by default: discussions stay inside the club unless the author makes them public.
- Global and multilingual: English, Arabic, French and Spanish at launch, more as chapters grow.
- Healthcare only: every member works in, or for, the delivery of healthcare.
Disclosure: the platform technology is provided by Caresoft Systems, a healthcare IT company. Caresoft is treated like any other vendor and has no access to member data or discussions.
