Why healthcare CIOs join

A trusted answer within a day

Ask the Club, named or anonymously. Peers who have run the same migration, audit or go-live answer, usually within 24 hours.

Vendor experience without the sales pitch

Hear how implementations really went from people who signed the contracts, before you sign yours.

Know what good costs

Compare budgets, team sizes and renewal prices with peers in your segment and region (benchmarks launch in Phase 2).

Regulation in plain language

GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, the EU AI Act and national digital-health mandates, explained by members who have implemented them.

Visibility as a leader

Publish articles that can be shared to LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp, speak at roundtables and build a profile peers respect.

Fewer cold calls

Vendors cannot see member lists or message members. You decide who reaches you.

How membership works

  1. Apply

Tell us your role and organisation. It takes about three minutes.

  2. Verify your email

Confirm the address you applied with. A work email speeds up review.

  3. Peer review

A chapter admin in your country checks your role, usually within 3 working days.

  4. Join the conversation

Complete your profile, join your circles and answer your first question.

A club, not a marketplace

The club is operated on a not-for-profit basis by Caresoft Foundation. Membership decisions sit with chapter admins who are healthcare technology leaders themselves.

  • Vendors and service providers cannot become members.
  • Member data is never sold, exported or shared with sponsors.
  • Sponsored content is always labelled and never targeted with personal data.
  • Patient data is never allowed in any post or message.
