Eligibility

Membership is for people in technology leadership roles within healthcare organisations. Vendors, consultants selling to healthcare, recruiters and investors cannot be members. We may verify your role at any time.

Your conduct

Be respectful. Never post patient data or other confidential information you are not entitled to share. Do not use the club to sell to other members. Respect members-only confidentiality.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display it to the audience you chose. Public posts may be indexed by search engines and shared by others.

Moderation

Chapter and platform admins may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Every admin action is recorded.

Sponsored content

Sponsored placements are labelled. We are not responsible for third-party products or services advertised on the platform.

Fees

Membership is free during the founding year. Any future fee will be announced at least 60 days in advance.

Liability

Discussions are peer opinions, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on content in the club.

Changes

We will tell members about material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
